Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this store and everything you buy from it. FocusFlow sells digital downloads only — nothing is shipped. By placing an order you agree to what follows. Questions: support@focusflowplanner.it.
1. What you are buying
Every product on this store is a digital file or set of files (PDF, and in some products CSV, DOCX, Markdown, PNG or SVG). You are buying a licence to use those files, not ownership of the work itself. We keep all copyright and intellectual property in them.
2. Your licence — standard editions
For all products except the Creator and Empire editions, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- use the files yourself, on any number of your own devices;
- print them as many times as you like for your own use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense or upload the files anywhere, or use them commercially or to create a competing product.
3. Your licence — Creator and Empire editions
The Creator and Empire editions include a separate commercial licence, delivered as a document with the files. That document is the binding one for those products and grants broader rights, including rebranding and resale. Where it conflicts with section 2, the commercial licence wins for those products.
4. Delivery
Download links are sent by email immediately after checkout, to the address you enter at checkout. Delivery emails come from alerts@focusflowplanner.filemonk.io and are sometimes filed as spam or promotions.
If nothing arrives within ten minutes, check those folders, then email us your order number. If automatic delivery fails for any reason, we send the files to you by hand. You never lose what you paid for because of a technical failure on our side.
5. Refunds
Because these are instant downloads, sales are final once the files have been delivered — with one exception we take seriously. If a file will not open, a link is broken, or what you downloaded is materially different from what the product page described, email us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. 6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once download begins, and by completing checkout you ask us to start delivery straight away and acknowledge that you therefore lose the withdrawal right. Our refund commitment in section 5 applies regardless.
7. Prices and discount codes
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you check out. Discount codes are promotional, may be withdrawn or expire without notice, and cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe or overload this store, buy with someone else's payment method, or use our name, branding or files to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, change, withdraw or stop selling any product at any time. Files you have already bought remain yours to use under the licence you were granted; we cannot guarantee that download links stay live forever, so save your files somewhere safe after you download them.
10. Liability
Our products are planning and productivity tools. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice, and they are not a treatment for ADHD or any other condition. Nothing here replaces advice from a qualified professional.
The files are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to what you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
11. Third parties
This store runs on Shopify, payments are processed by Shopify's payment providers, and digital delivery is handled by Filemonk. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the parts they handle. How we treat your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own local courts.
