About FocusFlow

Your brain isn't broken — it's different.

FocusFlow exists because most productivity tools are built for neurotypical brains: rigid time blocks, guilt-inducing streaks, systems that collapse the first time you skip a day. If you have ADHD — or your brain just works differently — you've probably bought those planners. And abandoned them. And blamed yourself.

We build the opposite: planners and AI prompt libraries designed around how neurodivergent brains actually work. Flexible daily pages instead of hourly schedules. Tiny next steps instead of overwhelming projects. Dopamine-friendly wins instead of shame. Systems that forgive skipped days, because skipped days are part of the plan.

FocusFlow is made by people who live this every day. Every layout, every prompt and every checklist has one test to pass: does it work on a bad brain day? If it only works when you're motivated, it doesn't ship.

Creator editions — the same products with a full commercial license, for people building their own digital-product business.

How we handle the honest bits

FocusFlow launched in July 2026, so there aren't many reviews yet. Rather than pad the pages with testimonials we haven't earned, we'd rather be plain about two things.

Delivery. Everything arrives by email within a minute of checkout. If it doesn't, write to support@focusflowplanner.it with your order number and we'll send the files by hand — you never lose what you paid for.

Refunds. These are instant downloads, so once the files are delivered a sale is final. The exception we take seriously: if a file won't open, a link is broken, or what you downloaded is materially different from what the page described, email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. The full terms are in the refund policy, and nothing there limits the rights you have under your own country's consumer law.
