Buying and delivery

How does it arrive?
By email, within a minute of checkout. Nothing is shipped. If the email hasn't arrived in ten minutes, check spam and promotions — it comes from alerts@focusflowplanner.filemonk.io — then write to us with your order number and we'll send the files as attachments.

Do I need an account?
No. Checkout takes an email address, and that's where the files go.

Do you sell worldwide?
Yes. Everything is digital, so there's nothing to ship and no customs.

The products

What format are they in?
Undated PDFs. Use them on a tablet (GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, Samsung Notes), print them a week at a time on A4 or US Letter, or rebuild them in Notion with the included files. The prompt libraries work in any AI chat.

Do I need a printer?
No. Everything works as a PDF you write on with a stylus.

Do I need Notion?
No. The Notion editions are a bonus — the planners work fully on paper or on a tablet.

Are the planners dated?
No. Undated throughout, so nothing expires and nothing is wasted if you stop for a month.

What's the difference between the 30-day and the 90-day?
Same method, different length. The 30-Day Starter ($9) is one month of pages plus the 90-page ebook. Complete ($29) is the full system — 266 pages, the sticker pack, the Notion edition — and it contains the Starter in full.

Do I need to buy the sticker pack separately?
No, if you own the Starter or Complete — the 114 stickers are already inside both. The $7 listing exists for people using a different planner.

Will it actually work for me?

I've bought planners before and quit by week two.
That's the objection this was built around. There are no streaks to break and no backlog to clear — a missed day is a page you skip, not a debt you owe. The system is designed to be restarted, not maintained perfectly.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. If traditional planners have never worked for you, this was built for you.

Licences

What do the Creator editions allow?
Non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual rights to rebrand, edit, translate and resell under your own name, keeping 100% of your revenue. Plain-English terms ship with each edition.

Refunds

What if it isn't right for me?
These are instant downloads, so once the files are delivered the sale is final. The exception: if a file won't open, a link is broken, or what you downloaded is materially different from what the page described, email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. See the refund policy — nothing in it limits the rights you have under your own country's consumer law.
